Application for loans to municipalities The application shall be supported by data covering:(1) a description of the project;(2) a description of the engineering service to be performed;(3) an explanation of the need for the project;(4) an estimate of the cost of the project;(5) the amount of advance requested;(6) a schedule for project implementation; and(7) such other information and assurances as the Department may require.
