Unauthorized disposal of vehicles No one may place, discard, or abandon a junk motor vehicle in a place where it is visible from the main traveled way of a highway nor may anyone abandon or discard any motor vehicle upon the land of another with or without the consent of the land owner. Motor vehicles so placed, discarded, or abandoned are hereby declared to be a public nuisance. (Added 1969, No. 98, § 1.)
