Regulation of condominium conversion; referendum A town may adopt an ordinance governing the conversion of rental units to condominiums which is supplemental to and not inconsistent with the provisions of 27 V.S.A. chapter 15, subchapter 2. Such an ordinance shall be submitted to the voters and shall be adopted if approved by a majority of those present and voting. (Added 1985, No. 175 (Adj. Sess.), § 6.)
