Condemnation; record of orders and proceedings Orders and proceedings of the mayor and aldermen, selectboard, and trustees, under the provisions of sections 2805-2807 of this title, with the survey of the lands taken, shall be recorded in the office of the clerk of the city, town, or village in which the land lies.
