Intermunicipal agreements Two or more municipalities, by resolution of their respective legislative bodies or boards, may establish and enter into agreements for incurring indebtedness or otherwise financing projects under this subchapter. (Added 2009, No. 45, § 15j, eff. May 27, 2009.)
