S.A. § 209(d):(1) shall develop a list of eligible energy efficiency projects and shall make the list available to the public on or before July 1 of each year; and (2) shall provide information concerning implementation of this subchapter to each municipality, within the area in which the entity delivers efficiency services, that requests such information, and shall contact each such municipality that votes to establish a district to offer this information.
