License by examination To be eligible for licensure as a dentist, an applicant shall:(1) have attained the age of majority;(2) be a graduate of:(A) a dental college accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the American Dental Association; or (B) a program of foreign dental training and a postgraduate program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the American Dental Association that is acceptable to the Board; and (3) meet the certificate, examination, and training requirements established by the Board by rule.
