§ 1402

Health maintenance organization; medical director A medical director who is a physician employed by a health maintenance organization in this State, which has individuals who have entered into contracts with a health maintenance organization for the provision of health care services, or on whose behalf such an arrangement has been made, shall possess a full and unrestricted license issued by the Board.
