The form, format, and text of the Compact have been conformed to the conventions of the Vermont Statutes Annotated. It is the intent of the General Assembly that this subchapter be interpreted as substantively the same as the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact that is enacted by other Compact party states. (Added 2023, No. 35, § 1, eff. July 1, 2024.) § 2131. Physical Therapy Licensure Compact; adoption This subchapter is the Vermont adoption of the Physical Therapy Licensure Compact.
