Active duty military personnel or their spouses A licensee who is active duty military or is the spouse of an individual who is active duty military may designate one of the following as the home state: (1) home of record;(2) permanent Change of Station (PCS); or(3) state of current residence if it is different than the PCS state or home of record. § 2136.
