Telepractice Licensees who provide services regulated under this chapter by means of the Internet or any other electronic means are deemed to provide such services in this State, and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Board. The Board may take disciplinary or other action against such licensees. Action taken by the Board does not preclude any other jurisdiction from also taking disciplinary or other action against such licensees. (Added 1999, No. 133 (Adj. Sess.), § 25.)
