The Roster shall include all nonlicensed and noncertified psychotherapists who practice in this State. (b) Any psychologist, clinical social worker, clinical mental health counselor, marriage and family therapist, psychoanalyst, or any other allied mental health practitioner whose license, certification, registration, or state endorsement is suspended or has been permanently revoked by Vermont or any other jurisdiction shall be ineligible for entry on the Roster.
