(b) A declarant or site purchaser shall not commence eviction proceedings against a leaseholder for nonpayment of the part of the lot rent which represents an increase in excess of that provided for in section 1360 of this subchapter. Enforcement (a) A rent increase greater than that provided for by section 1360 of this subchapter is unenforceable to the extent the increase exceeds that provided for in that section.
