Previously executed and recorded enhanced life estate deeds Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to affect the validity of an enhanced life estate deed, a 'Life Estate Deed with Reserved Powers,' a 'Lady Bird Deed,' a 'Medicaid Deed,' an 'Italian Deed,' or similar deed executed and recorded prior to July 13, 2020.
