Mortgage or conveyance of property Such master and wardens and such trustees, if authorized by a majority vote of the members of such lodge or organization present and voting at an annual, regular, or special communication or meeting thereof, subject to the constitution and bylaws of such lodge or organization, may sell, mortgage, and convey any or all of such real and personal estate.
