General principles of law applicable The principles of law and equity, including the law of corporations, any other form of organization authorized by the law of this State, unincorporated associations, the law of real estate, the law of contracts, principal and agent, and eminent domain, supplement the provisions of this title, except to the extent these principles are inconsistent with the title.
