Remedies to be liberally administered (a) The remedies provided by this title shall be liberally administered so that the aggrieved party is placed in the position the aggrieved party would have been if the other party had fully performed. However, consequential, special, or punitive damages shall not be awarded except as specifically provided in this title or pursuant to other laws. (b) [Repealed.] (Added 1997, No. 104 (Adj.
