Small condominiums; exception; access to mixed funding sources Subsection 2-101(b), subdivisions 2-109(b)(2) and (11), subsection 2-109(g), section 2-115, and Article 4 of this title shall not apply to a condominium if the declaration: (1) creates fewer than 10 units; and(2) restricts ownership of a unit to entities that are controlled by, affiliated with, or managed by the declarant.
