Common interest community securities If an interest in a common interest community is currently registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States, a declarant satisfies all requirements relating to the preparation of a public offering statement under this title if the declarant delivers to the purchaser a copy of the public offering statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. An interest in a common interest community is not a security under the provisions of 9 V.S.A. chapter 131. (Added 1997, No. 104 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. Jan. 1, 1999.)
