Powers of Commissioner of Corrections The Commissioner of Corrections, acting only with the approval of the Governor who may delegate in writing his or her decision-making power under this chapter to the Commissioner of Corrections, is hereby authorized and directed to do all things necessary or incidental to the carrying out of the Compact in every particular.
