Duration of alternative sentence When a probationer who has paid a portion of a fine, as provided in subdivision 252(b)(7) of this title, is committed for a violation of the conditions of his or her probation, the amount so paid shall be stated in the mittimus and shall be taken into account in determining the expiration of the alternative sentence the same as though paid after commitment.
