Advisory board for pardons On request of the Governor, the Board shall act as an advisory board to assist or act for him or her in investigating or hearing matters pertaining to pardons, and may make recommendations to him or her regarding such matters. (Added 1971, No. 199 (Adj. Sess.), § 20.)
