Executive Order No. 3-33 (No. 13-96) [Transfer of Functions and Responsibilities from Agency of Administration, Division of State Buildings to Various Agencies] WHEREAS, Executive Order #74 was issued September 23, 1983; and WHEREAS, the functions and responsibilities of this Executive Order are being carried out by various agencies. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT I, Howard Dean, by virtue of the power vested in me as Governor, do hereby revoke and rescind Executive Order #74 dated September 23, 1983. This Executive Order shall take effect upon signing. Dated July 17, 1996.
