Duties of State officers and employees All officers and employees of the State shall comply with the provisions of this chapter and lawful rules, regulations and orders of the Commissioner of Human Resources pursuant thereto. The Commissioner of Human Resources, with the approval of the Governor, may institute and maintain any action or proceeding to secure compliance with the provisions of this chapter and lawful rules, regulations, and orders pursuant thereto.
