Designation of State’s Attorneys’ employees; statewide bargaining rights Employees of the State’s Attorneys’ offices shall be part of one or more statewide bargaining units, as determined to be appropriate by the Board pursuant to sections 927 and 941 of this title, for the purpose of bargaining collectively pursuant to this chapter.
