Reports arbitration; costs (a) The results of all arbitration proceedings, recommendations, and awards conducted under this chapter shall be filed with the Board simultaneously with submission of the decisions to the parties. (b) The costs of any mediation, fact-finding, or arbitration conducted pursuant to this chapter, including per diem expenses and actual and necessary costs for travel, subsistence, or hiring premises in which proceedings were conducted shall be shared equally by the parties. All other costs shall be paid by the party incurring them. (Added 1997, No. 92 (Adj. Sess.), § 9.)
