Membership; employee rights An employee organization entering into an agreement shall not:(1) discriminate against a member or applicant for membership on account of race, color, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, religion, or disability; (2) penalize a member for exercising a right guaranteed by the Constitution or laws of the United States or the State of Vermont.
