(b) In addition to other responsibilities assigned to it by law, the Division shall assist in the administration of property taxation and provide property taxation information to State officials and employees. (c) The Director of the Division shall be an exempt employee and shall be appointed by the Commissioner of Taxes, with the concurrence of the Secretary of Administration.
