In addition to other duties assigned to it by law, the Department shall administer the programs and perform the functions assigned to it in 22 V.S.A. chapter 13 and 29 V.S.A. chapter 53. (Added 1995, No. 148 (Adj. Sess.), § 8, eff. May 6, 1996.)
