The Fund shall comprise fees collected under section 2504 of this title and any monies appropriated by the General Assembly. The Fund shall be used for the administration and advertising of the Market Vermont program established by this chapter. (b) The special fund created by subsection (a) of this section shall be organized and managed pursuant to 32 V.S.A. chapter 7, subchapter 5. (Added 1991, No. 182 (Adj.
