Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation The Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation is reconstituted within the Agency of Natural Resources as the successor to and the continuation of the Department of Forests and Parks and the Division of Recreation; including the Board of Forests, Parks and Recreation with jurisdiction over Camel’s Hump Forest Reserve Commission, Northeast Forest Fire Protection Commission, and the Forest Resource Advisory Council.
