Personnel designation The Secretary; Deputy Secretary; commissioners; deputy commissioners; attorneys; Directors of the Offices of State Economic Opportunity and of Child Support; and all members of boards, committees, commissions, or councils attached to the Agency for support are exempt from the classified State service.
