Health care system reform; improving quality and affordability The Director of Health Care Reform in the Agency of Human Services shall be responsible for the coordination of health care system reform efforts among Executive Branch agencies, departments, and offices, and for coordinating with the Green Mountain Care Board established in 18 V.S.A. chapter 220.
