Office of Child Support (a) The Office of Child Support is created within the Department for Children and Families and shall be designated the IV-D agency for purposes of Title IV-D of the federal Social Security Act. (b) The Office shall be headed by a Director who shall be appointed by the Secretary of Human Services subject to section 3054 of this title. (Added 1989, No. 221 (Adj.
