Unauthorized operation; penalty A person or company rendering service that is subject to the jurisdiction of the Public Utility Commission under this chapter, without holding a certificate of public good issued by the Public Utility Commission for that purpose under this chapter, may be fined not more than $1,000.00 for each day.
