§ 602

Authorization The City of Burlington and the Village of Lyndonville acting through its board of trustees are, and each municipality singly is, hereby authorized to enter into a New England power pool agreement and to participate within and outside the State of Vermont in the New England power pool created thereby. Any action taken by the City or such board of trustees in connection with entering into or participating in such pool prior to March 25, 1974, shall be deemed to be as effective as if this chapter had then been in effect.
