Appeal from municipal authorities A person or corporation aggrieved by an order or decision of the municipal authorities made under the provisions of any statute, relative to the granting of a license or permit for location, may bring an appeal to the Commission at any time within 30 days following the date of the order or decision. After notice and public hearing of all parties interested, as provided in section 208 of this subchapter, the decision of the Commission thereon shall be final, subject to a right to transfer such cause to the Supreme Court as provided by section 12 of this title.
