§ 228

Copy of schedules Each company, subject to the provisions of this chapter, shall keep on file in every station or office thereof where payments are made by consumers or users a copy printed in plain type of so much of its schedules as the Commission shall deem necessary. Such copy shall be in such form and place as to be readily accessible to inspection by the public. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 39(b), eff. March 1, 1961.)
