However, a smaller number may adjourn to another date. Any action adopted by a majority of the votes cast at a meeting of the board at which a quorum is present shall be the action of the board, except as otherwise provided in this chapter. (Added 2015, No. 41, § 20, eff. June 1, 2015.)
