(b) A certificate of good standing shall include:(1) the official name of the district;(2) that the district is duly formed pursuant to this chapter;(3) the date of the district’s formation;(4) that the fee required by this section has been paid; and(5) that a plan of dissolution for the district has not been approved pursuant to section 3083 of this chapter. (c) Subject to any qualification stated in the certificate, a certificate of good standing issued by the Secretary of State may be: (1) relied upon as conclusive evidence that the district is in existence and is authorized to deliver communications services and operate a communications plant pursuant to this chapter; and (2) taken as prima facie evidence of the facts stated in the certificate.(d) A district that applies for a certificate of good standing under this section shall pay to the Secretary of State a nonrefundable application fee of $25.00.
