§ 1341

It shall consist of all revenues and fees received by the Department pursuant to this chapter and all amounts that are from time to time appropriated to the Department for purposes of this chapter. (b) The Department’s administrative and operating costs shall be allocated to and paid from the Fund based on generally accepted accounting principles. (Added 2023, No. 63, § 1, eff. June 14, 2023.)
