Control and supervision of system The legislative body may conduct the same through a department or bureau of recreation or may delegate the conduct of the system to a recreational board created by them, or to a school board or to any other appropriate existing board or commission. The members of the body first appointed shall be appointed for such terms that the term of one member shall expire annually. (Amended 2023, No. 85 (Adj. Sess.), § 460, eff. July 1, 2024.)
