State-owned land At least two months prior to each annual town meeting, the listers of each municipality in which the Agency of Natural Resources or one of its subdivisions holds title to lands and premises shall report to the selectboard of the municipality regarding the percentage of acreage within the municipality that is owned or otherwise controlled by the Agency.
