Appeal from appraisal made other than on April 1 Within 14 days after the date of mailing of notice required under section 4046 of this title, a person aggrieved by the decision of the listers under the provisions of section 4046 of this title may appeal therefrom pursuant to the provisions of sections 4407-4410 of this title.
