Officers of the General Assembly The Clerk of the House, the First Assistant Clerk of the House, the Second Assistant Clerk of the House, the Secretary of the Senate, and the Assistant Secretary of the Senate shall be entitled to their necessary expenses and salaries as determined by the Rules Committee of the House or Senate, as the case may be.
