Revocation and suspension of licenses The Commissioner may revoke or suspend the license of any licensed wholesale dealer for failure to comply with any provision of this chapter, for failure to comply with the provisions of 11 V.S.A. chapter 15, or for failure to comply with the provisions of 33 V.S.A. chapter 19, subchapter 1B. Any person aggrieved by such revocation or suspension may apply to the Commissioner for a hearing as provided in section 7782 of this title and may further appeal to the courts as provided in section 7783 of this title. § 7736.
