S.A. chapter 25 to carry out the purposes of this subchapter. When establishing rules relating to the Green Mountain Care benefit package, the Secretary shall ensure that the rules are consistent with the benefit package defined by the Green Mountain Care Board pursuant to section 1825 of this title and to 18 V.S.A. chapter 220.
