Findings and purpose (a) The General Assembly finds that the provisions of this subchapter will enhance compliance with subchapter 1A of this chapter and further the policies and purposes of that subchapter. (b) The provisions of this subchapter are not intended to amend and shall not be interpreted as amending subchapter 1A of this chapter. (Added 2003, No. 14, § 1.)
