Education and outreach The Department of Disabilities, Aging, and Independent Living shall conduct ongoing education and outreach to inform Vermonters who are elders and Vermonters with disabilities of the benefits they may be entitled to pursuant to this subchapter, make available information concerning pharmaceutical assistance programs, and minimize any confusion and duplication of pharmaceutical coverage resulting from a multiplicity of pharmaceutical programs.
