S.A. § 3085a, shall consist of the Commissioner of Disabilities, Aging, and Independent Living, the Advisory Board established under section 505 of this title, and all divisions and units of the Department, including the Division for the Blind and Visually Impaired and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
